Account & organization data — names, work email addresses, phone numbers, roles and the organization details your administrator provides.

Content you upload — images, video, documents and playlists stored for playback on your screens.

Device & playback telemetry — activation keys, device model and software version, heartbeat/health metrics, and cryptographically signed proof-of-play records generated by your players.

Enquiries — details you submit through our contact form so our team can respond.

To operate the service — authenticate users, deliver content to your screens, produce analytics and proof-of-play reporting, provision and monitor devices, bill your subscription, and provide support. We use signed playback records solely to give you auditable reporting; we do not use your content to train models or resell it.

WallSpace is a multi-tenant platform with database-level isolation. Your organization’s data is segregated from every other customer’s and is accessible only to your authorized users and, where necessary for support, to WallSpace staff under strict access controls and audit logging.

We protect data with encrypted device activation, role-based access control, an immutable audit trail of privileged actions, and industry-standard encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your data.

We retain account and content data for the life of your subscription and as required to provide the service. Analytics and proof-of-play history are retained per your plan’s retention setting. You may request export or deletion of your organization’s data by contacting us.

Your administrator manages user access within your organization. To exercise rights over your personal data — access, correction or deletion — contact your administrator or reach us at the address below and we will coordinate the request.
