Terms of Service

These terms govern your organization’s use of the WallSpace platform, operated by Level Up TechLabs. By using the service you agree to them on behalf of your organization.
The service
WallSpace provides a cloud console and Android player software to schedule and play content on your screens, monitor devices, and report on playback. Plans are provided on a subscription basis arranged with our team — WallSpace does not offer self-service purchase.
Subscriptions & plans
Your plan defines your entitlements — device count, storage, users, features and support level. Limits and features are configurable per agreement. Content playback depends on an active subscription; if a subscription lapses or is suspended, screens may stop showing content until it is reactivated.
Your content & responsibilities
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You are responsible for holding the rights to display it and for ensuring it complies with applicable law and does not infringe others’ rights. You must keep your account credentials secure and use the service only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — no attempts to breach security or isolation, no reverse engineering of the player beyond what the law permits, and no use that disrupts the platform for other customers.
Availability & support
We work to keep the service available and, by design, the Android player continues playing content during internet outages and syncs when connectivity returns. Support is provided at the level defined by your plan. We may perform maintenance and update the software, including over-the-air player updates.
Liability
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, WallSpace is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Term & termination
These terms apply while you use the service. Either party may end the subscription per the commercial agreement. On termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.
